Looking up the old T-Bar line on the way to Mittersill Peak
With Mittersill almost completely snow free, it was fairly smooth sailing, as long as we stayed away from trails that had been uprooted from machinery. The old T-Bar line provided a steep but dry ascent.
Though clouds were moving in, the views from Mittersill peak were quite strong. Continuing to Cannon, we also had decent views from the summit tower, even with a passing shower.
After descending Mittersill, we headed over to one of the base roads, passing by a water tank, and then onto a trail of some sort at a hairpin turn.
After following this trail for awhile, we followed some old tin signs down to Bridesmaid Falls. Though not overly impressive in dry times, the spring runoff produced a nice display.

Directions to trailhead: Take I-93 North to the Cannon Mountain Peabody Slopes exit. Continue past the Cannon entrance, taking a left at the Mittersill sign. There are multiple parking areas on the left a fraction of a mile down this road. The Mittersill chairlift is located at the back of these lots.
