Route: Crawford Path, Eisenhower Loop, (Mt. Eisenhower), Eisenhower Loop, Crawford Path, Webster Cliff Trail, (Mt. Pierce), Webster Cliff Trail, Crawford Path
Lower Crawford Path and above treeline were mostly dry. Some areas of mud and running water elsewhere from the continuing erosion. Hopefully this reconstruction project will make a big dent in stabilizing the trail. Noted lots of quarried rock for future steps/waterbars/scree on the ascent of Pierce, as well as bog bridging supplies staged between the peaks.
Hot down low this afternoon/evening, but nice temperatures/breeze above treeline.
