Looking up the Lower Periphery ski trail
Route: The Pasture, Lower Periphery, The Boneyard, Mt. Tecumseh Trail, Sosman Trail, (summit), Sosman Trail, Mt. Tecumseh Trail, The Boneyard, Lower Periphery, The Pasture
Despite the day being pretty wet, I wanted to get some exercise.
I took the ski trails up to the first vista on the Mt. Tecumseh Trail. Lined with hosed snowguns, the trails were fortunately not too wet or muddy. The Mt. Tecumseh Trail was muddy as usual. With the rain, I had no views at the top.
Nearing the ski trails on the descent, the rain let up and the skies started to clear, resulting in some interesting clouds pushing through the higher peaks and some slight sunset colors.
